What is The Cozy Method?

The Cozy Method is the signature paid course of The Cozy Collective, offering a meticulously curated, 12-week course to inner healing. This structured approach provides a comprehensive, supportive framework to help you reconnect with yourself flexibly. Enrolling in this course grants you access to a wealth of resources designed to ease your healing journey.

What is the structure of the course?

The course is designed to be highly accessible, with each lesson presented in an easy-to-digest audio format. Alongside these lessons, you will receive activities and exercises known as Cozy Quests that can be seamlessly incorporated into your daily routines, facilitating practical and ongoing healing.

How does it differ from therapy? Is this therapy?

The Cozy Method is not a substitute for professional psychotherapy. Instead, it serves as a complementary toolkit filled with practical ideas and strategies designed to help you reconnect with yourself and support your emotional well-being outside of a traditional therapeutic setting.  

How will I feel after the course is done?

Upon completing the course, you will have a robust set of tools and strategies to help you feel supported and safe within yourself. You will gain confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges and maintain a sense of inner peace and stability.  

How will communication take place?

Communication and community support are integral parts of The Cozy Method. You will be invited to join a dedicated Discord channel where you can connect with fellow members and take part in weekly group check-in calls. These calls, led by the founder, Sarah, provide an opportunity for real-time support, sharing experiences, and fostering a sense of community. Note - All communication features are available for a 3-month period.

How will I receive the course content? 

All course content (i.e., audio and activities/exercises) are e-mailed directly in your inbox where you can view and download them to your device.

What is the cost and length of the course?

The course is $1,997 USD and spans 12 weeks, with one lesson delivered per week. This pacing supports gradual, steady progress, giving you plenty of time to absorb and implement the material.
